Zeke and the team were great to work with and offered expert advise. I went to another tire company that did not deliver on what they said for timing to get new tires and did not offer great advise, which could have caused more damage to my family car down the road. They were quick to find the right tires and replace them same day. I would recommend Zeke and the team to anyone in the NW Arkansas area looking for great service and expert advise. Appreciate the great customer service and support.

Spent some time choosing where I would buy my tires. There are a lot of places to buy tires in my area. This store and the people working there is why I made my choice to use Firestone. Dakota gave me the details of the Current promotion and was very thorough. Zeke. The manager was very helpful in making sure that everything was done to my satisfaction and also explaining warranty programs to me in a way that wasn’t pushing them on me, but letting me choose whether it was the right choice for extended warranty. I appreciate the personal relationship and care that I think I will get at this store for my future purchases and enjoyed the buying experience

I had the good fortune to have my vehicle serviced by a Firestone retailer before and was well Satisfied but this was my first time having been to the Rogers Arkansas location and as expected they did an absolute superb job, were exceptionally friendly and in my view offered the greatest of courteous service of all the branches Ive gone to (though all are excellent). I sure did appreciate that bottle of water they offered me, it was so hot. A place can have or offer any given thing but it's the great people that make you want to come back and tell your friends and anyone else with ears just how fabulous they really were. I don't look forward to vehicle troubles but should it occur I rest easy in the knowledge that I know the really good guys at Firestone in Rogers who are just...great. nuff said.

Finding an auto shop you can actually trust is rare, but Zeke makes it easy. His leadership shows in how the entire staff treats customers. They are efficient, fair, and incredibly professional. It’s clear Zeke takes a lot of pride in running a great shop. Five stars all day!

I needed a piece that was flapping from underneath the car taken off. I am a female and got under the car to get the bolt, I just did not have the proper tools to get the plastic piece off. One dude at RNR acted like he couldn't take one plastic piece off for the elderly people I was driving with. Firestone here got it off. A female at that! I highly recommend Firestone. Thank you guys!!!
